Evans Rowing Club is open to any individual who is interested in the sport of rowing. We welcome people of all ages to join, with or without experience. We offer private lessons, a masters program for adults, and a competitive youth development program aimed at serving middle and high school students throughout Duval, St Johns, and Clay County. We provide a comprehensive training environment in order to develop fitness, technical abilities, team building skills, leadership, sportsmanship, and competitiveness in the sport of rowing.
Rowing is a sport that embodies grace, power and symmetry. It develops endurance, discipline, mental & physical toughness, and teamwork. Athletes acquire a sense of well-being and confidence that will remain with them throughout their life.
